Getting automatic emails and can’t stop it

I’ve been a member for a long time and, just recently, I started getting emails from BPL linking a post someone made.  At the bottom of the email it says:

“You are receiving this email because you subscribed to a forum.

Login and visit the topic to unsubscribe from these emails.”

I’ve tried everything to stop these emails from continuing. I cannot find where I would unsubscribe. Can anyone help with this?
