Gear Swap – listing that meets search criteria not returned in search results

I have an open Gear Swap listing entitled Gossamer Gear Mariposa 60 Backpack – Size M; Great Shape. (Posted on 6/9/25). As long as I don’t apply any filters to the Gear Swap list, my post is present in the list. But as soon as I apply a filter, such as Swap Type = For Sale, my listing doesn’t show up in the list, even though my listing does have Swap Type = For Sale. Other filter settings such as Gear Type or Brand result in the same thing.

I’ve had trouble with the filters too. If I don’t want to see “sold items, and choose for sale, it doesn’t matter. The filters need some work.

The search filters are almost useless. Even something as simple as filtering to just see active listings doesn’t work. Good luck…

You’re right, the filters aren’t working as expected in some cases. We’ve noticed it too. For now, the best bet is to browse manually without filters. It’s not ideal and we appreciate your patience.
