Gear Swap filters don’t find my listing

On April 26th I listed a pair of new La Sportiva Ultra Raptor trail runners.

When I try to look for the listing with the filters (i.e. For Sale, Footwear, La Sportiva) I don’t see my listing – only 3 listings for La Sportiva, and the most recent is August of last year.

Is something wrong with my listing? Other filters seem to work OK (I tried to filter on Marmot and it caught the recent listing of a Marmot Hydrogen sleeping bag)

I typed “ultra raptor” into the keyword field, didn’t change anything else and your post is at the top of the list

Typing Sportiva and La Sportiva in the search field both show me your listing.

Interestingly, searching with the filters doesn’t show David’s listing, as he says. Only searching without the filters shows his gear swap.

IOW, if you select ‘For Sale’ as one of the filters (or any filter really), then search using sportiva or la sportiva, it won’t show David’s gear swap, so something is amiss with the filters … or … David didn’t choose the various filter categories when making his gear swap.

Pretty sure I selected the appropriate categories, and when I look at the bottom of my listing below the big green send message block it says category: trail running shoes, and Brand: La Sportiva.

And yet clicking in the trail runner shoes or La Sportiva filter boxes does not show my listing.

Not the end of the world – just odd.

Ok. I’m sorry I misunderstood. I am having the same. Result when searching using filters rather than typing in the name.

There does appear to be an issue. Thanks for bringing it up. I will log the error and see if our team can find a solution.

The fix is in progress! Your listing is now searchable via filter. We are reindexing the GS database to get it working for all listings.
