I was wondering. We all try to put together a great kit for a great price. I was looking for headlamps on ebay last night and for the heck of it I asked that the search be organized with the most expensive item first. I think some came up costing around $500. I did a google on custom boots and some of the prices were approaching $1,000. If anyone is bored, has some extra time, and can humor this dimwitted fool, I would love to see how can put together the most expensive but legitimate backpacking kit. I am talking all gear. I would love to see how each of our packages compare
