    nice!

Can you comment on the serving size? Is one packet enough for 1 meal?

I find 1 packet is enough for 1 meal on easy days. But on harder days, I need 2 meals. You can find the calories information on my first post    and use that information to calculate how many packets you will need.

I carry some ghee to add extra calories and a rich aroma and flavor. Ghee makes everything tastes so yummy!

Ghee is clarified butter, used widely in Indian cooking.

    Where can Ghee be bought?

Indian grocery store, Amazon (they sell individual packets too), or make your own.

    Any Indian store.

Super easy to make at home too…just take unsalted butter, heat on medium/low flame until it starts becoming clear.

    Where can Ghee be bought?

Aldi’s has it, ask an associate to help you find it. :)
