I believe fringe on western wear helps water flow off the clothing and onto the ground
Does anyone wear fringed clothing anymore?
I wonder if there’s any use for that in modern gear?
Maybe really short fringe so it doesn’t weigh so much
Probably a hydrophilic material
Maybe a fabric could be designed that uses this physics
Maybe that’s like Paramo fabric
