I find the new “Recent Topics” forum listing visually difficult, I think due to the background highlighting. Each post has the same white background color as the page, delineated only by a thin line.  To my eye this makes individual posts run together.

I would suggest that “flipping” the background colors in each post item such that the item has the current background color of the “Latest Activity”, and the “Latest Activity” has the white page background.

I hope I explained that clearly.  Basically suggesting that flipping the background colors of the entry components would better delineate them visually.

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback. We tested flipping the background colors as suggested, but found that it made the topics list feel visually heavier and separated the “Latest Activity” panel too much from its topic.
Instead, we increased the spacing between topics, strengthened the card borders slightly, added a subtle shadow, and reduced the emphasis of the “Latest Activity” background. This should make each topic easier to distinguish while preserving the overall visual hierarchy. The update is now live – thanks again for bringing this to our attention.
