Sprung a leak on the first night of a 3 day trip. It’s been a good little pillow up till now, probably 50 nights with no problems. So what is the best way to repair the 3/8″ long separation? Material is 20 D polyester. Thanks.

I would contact Exped via the retailer and see if they’ll replace it. In my experience their products fail rather too often, but they are good at standing behind them if the failure is due to an issue with construction.
