I returned a second Synmat to REI because of a blown baffle. I got a bit more than a year and maybe a dozen nights on each one. So I am assuming this will be an on going issue.

Has anyone experienced a Thermarest Neoair baffle failure?

    TIA

I’ve not had a baffle failure, but my Synmat HL Duo has had more holes in less time than any of my 4 Neoairs.

Blown baffles are not unique to Exped –

    as demonstrated by this Neoair.

The question is one of frequency vs brand.
