Jun 18, 2024 at 6:52 am #3813670I think GGG promotes a lot of products that before would have been promoted on BPL. While it encourages new industries, it stifles customer support. While I can go to the individual websites and get red instead of blue, I can only truly get custom if they have a box to check. There’s no longer that personal touch.
