To order a custom built Revelation quilt today with these identical specs would set you back $545. It would also weigh about 3 oz more. I specifically ordered the orange color so that in an emergency it could be used to signal for help.
By my count this quilt was used on 6 backpacking trips for a total of between 25-30 nights, including one November trip in upstate NY where the nighttime temps dipped into the 20s. That posed no problem for this quilt of course, and I was snug and warm all night while I slept in an open-sided shelter as snowflakes swirled outside.
There is no damage and no repairs have ever been made (or needed). It has been professionally cleaned, is completely neutral smelling, and it’s waiting for you to take it along on your next adventure!
