It is. Got the email today. Amusing as I’d literally emailed a couple of companies today about building something similar.

Ok…  Does anybody KNOW anyone who’s used this product?  😬. If it’s warm for reals it might be a useful thing to have on hand…  I mean…you won’t win any beauty contests with it…no…wait.  Maybe you could…?😊
There was a guy with the handle metlako who was selling one but I don’t think he got a chance to try it because it did not fit him. I have never used one, but I know that insulated skirts are popular in scandanavia. I have also at times needed to drape my down jacket over my hips in order to stay warm on cold nights, so I can see how this would be a useful item. But I have not tried one myself.
