I am doing the North Lake/ South Lake Loop in a couple weeks and I am looking for the best place to find up to date weather? Also, if anyone has any recent reports on trail conditions they would be greatly appreciated also. I have been getting some great updates on the JMT 2017 FB page.

Sean, Matt, can you post links to the recommended sites or a screen shot?  When I do a search of FB JMT 2017 multiple hits come up, but they’re outdated.  Nothing came up when I searched for Sierra Nevada Current Conditions – Trails, Passes and Peaks
Kenneth- Here is the group I was referring to:
Caltopo.com. Â Point to the position where you want a forecast. Â Right click. Â Select “point info”. Â Select “NOAA forecast”. Â You’ll get the forecast for that exact spot.
