Duluth Trading has those warm and wind resistant nylon/spandex cargo pants with fleece lining on dale for $62.70 . I’ve had a pair for a few years and love them either just the pants o over a base layer for colder weather. so far all sizes are available.
Compared to the pricier RailRiders they have equal and features quality but a lower price.
Fleece- and flannel-lined pants have been my go-to around town and local hikes when it’s 5F to 40F. Â When it gets cold enough, there’s no change of liquid water and LLBean cotton pants with cotton flannel work fine around town.
A nylon version would a more reliable, versatile option when further out on the trail.
