Duluth Trading has 100% nylon (outer) fleece lined winter cargo style pants for $89.50. Double knees, zippered front cargo pockets (accessible when sitting), gusseted crotch and DWR finish.
This is the same price Railroaders charges for unlined pants. And in my experience in wearing Duluth Traders unlined synthetic pants I’ve found them very well made and durable.
Duluth trading Dry-on-the-Fly fleece lined nylon winter pants features:
1.100% nylon twill shells
2. polyester fleece lining (about 100 wt.)
3. gusseted crotch (no binding)
4. front vertical zipper cargo pockets (access while sitting)
5. zippered security pocket parallel to right top pocket

Check out Rail Riders nylon fleece lined pants at $130. and far fewer features. No contest.
I have Duluth Trading’s unlined versions of those for trail building/maintenance work … perfect.
