I got this stove for my teenage grandsons B/C it was very stable as well as useable for cold weather, as in the 25 F. mornings one encounters at 9,000 feet in the Sierra Nevada. They loved it.
Seems like a decent quality stove with good design features.
Anybody use this stove.
Yes I have used the Firemaple and ended up returning it because I wasn’t so taken by the “swivel” action when you rotate the iso canister upside down. Also, I didn’t like how it packed away (the line is a stiff). I ended up getting the GSI 4 season Pinnacle and like it much more. The overall quality seems better as well. It’s a little more money, but well worth it in my opinion.
