Current lightest waterproof breathable and easily sourced fabric?

I’m looking for a really light, packable, waterproof (10-20k HH?) breathable (good MVTR) fabric for the top fabric of an “Emergency” bivy project that I can get easily. I see that Thru-hiker has Pertex Shield at 1.8oz. Is there something lighter I can get and if so where?
