Here’s a windscreen I made for my BOT. The goal was to make a complete system that fits inside the pot. I’ve used Cpt. Paranoia’s caldera clone template (at zenstoves.net).

The two-part windscreen fits perfectly into a plastic cup that serves as a second drinking cup. The stove is made from a screw-top tin box filled with a rolled strip of carbon felt. It boils 500 ml of water in about 8 minutes.

Looks great.

Is it easy to assemble the upper to the lower section?

This is exactly the setup I want to try.  Yours looks great.

I am waiting on my BOT from Massdrop.  I’m hoping that soaking lentils for hours while hiking will give me sufficiently fast cook times when dinner time comes around.

I already have my Zelph modified starlyte burner in hand.  I’m hoping that I can adjust it for simmer by covering a portion of the opening with a small aluminum plate.
