Hello Colorado friends, I’m looking for some assistance finding suitable trails – and ideally loops – for a hiking partner with bad knees. Her preference is to keep mileage between 8-10 / day, and limit the vertical gain / loss to below 2000ft for the entire trip.
Virtually every trail I can think of has 3000ft or more vertical gain / loss. I’ve been pouring over ProTrails, and there are a few out and back trails with 2000ft or less, but they are all considered day hikes.
Thanks in advance.
