I’m trying to determine (without ordering multiple sizes & dealing w returns) what size Thermal Weight hoody to get that won’t be scuba-tight (stole that term from Mike), as I’d like to use it as a mid layer as well – and just don’t like crazy tight. 5’10”, 175, 43-44” chest. XL too big, right? Thanks!
Yes. I am 5’10”, 195 – 205 lbs. Roughly 16.5 % body fat. Large fits me comfortably.

6′ 1″, 225 lbs, ~45″ chest. My XL hoody fits me just right…not baggy, not tight
