Can I “Mark Forums as Read”?

In most forums I hang out in, there’s a way to mark everything as “read” so the next time I login, I only see posts since that time. I can’t seem to track down that feature here; does it exist?

Apologies if this has been covered before; I also couldn’t figure out how to search forums!
