I re-subscribed through PayPal and discovered the BPL’s Profile creates a “Annual Automatic Payment” profile –

There is no “Checkbox” that I missed. It just happens per BPL’s invoice profile.
And it’s up to you to Change or Cancel that “Feature”.
I emailed BPL and got this –
Hi Greg,
That is the only option when you pay but not to worry; I will walk to you through instructions to prevent recurring payments once you subscribe!
