I have had this tent for about 30 years, but I don’t think it’s ever been used. Stored in a pillow case, it’s in great shape with no tears, delaminations, or other issues. The poles were stored with the elastic folded only twice, so they work fine. Includes three stuff sacks (stakes, poles, & tent). With stuff sacks, stakes, etc, the weight is just under 3.5 lbs. The only thing missing is one of the original tie-outs, which you may want to replace.
