I’m looking for some of the best options for insoles that will fit the wider toe box in my Altra Lone Peaks. I have relatively high arches and am looking for additional support for those longer days on trail. Foot pain/swelling is normally an issue for any day over 10 miles for me. What have you had luck with?

I have moved away from lone peaks because they are very flexible and I can feel sharp objects while walking. I tried superfeet but they seemed to be too tall in the toe area and I felt cramped.  Lone peaks  seem to wear out after only 200miles or so.  I went with Hoka speedgoats which are light and come in wide sizes.  I use both the MID and Low versions depending on the trail type.  Now 10 miles with a 20 # pack is less painful.  Everyone needs to find what works for them.    Good luck and happy trails.
