Was hoping to find some on sale, since $170 is a bit steep. I could get a pair from REI for $136 but…red is all they have at that price. Can’t do red shoes!

The red will get dirty fast and not be so bright… or… use a felt tip marker on them!
or… buy earlier models of Olympus on eBay for probably half the price….

Due to a nerve problem impacting my feet, the Olympus is the only shoe I can wear at the moment, so it’s my everyday go every where shoe. If I were just using them for backpacking, I wouldn’t care so much about the color. Was hoping to get the model 4 as it looks like it has the upgrades I’d like. Plus, not quite as ugly!
Funny thing… I actually prefer the Olympus 2.5… I think that’s 3 generations prior to the 4.0…Â newer is not always better…
