I’ve been following this bear in the crawlspace of someone’s home in Altadena. They kept trying to get it to leave with no success.
Finally the bear league from Tahoe succeeded. Someone with a paintball gun crawled into the crawlspace and kept shooting the bear with the paintball gun. The bear left. Then someone with a paintball gun kept shooting it to get it to leave the area. Then, they boarded up the crawl space opening.
They put an electric matt over the crawlspace opening to shock the bear when he came back. The bear would have ripped up anything the human put over it to try to keep the bear out.
which reminds me of the rat that got through the crawlspace opening under my house. I just put 1/4 inch hardware over all my vents.
I couldn’t help but notice the stonework. Looks like leftovers.
I knew a guy had an electric wire over his fence for skunks and IRA members. The skunks would hit that wire and spray. Every morning his yard would stink.
It’s cool they came down from Tahoe. Altadena is in the foothills near L.A. A nice town, but it’s gotten busy. That poor bear.
