I found on Ebay a 15D ripstop SilNylon Parcho. It weighs 277g (9.77ounces) on my scales, the seames are taped and it has heavy duty guy rope tie outs made of nilon webbing and brass rings for when you want to use it as a tarp. The best part….it’s only $10US!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bargin priced Parcho, weighs as little as the expensive ones from name brands

Just check the reinforcing around the brass eyelets.
Cheers
It’s really good!! 2 layers of 1inch Nylon webbing stitched onto double folded Parcho.
Do you have a link?
second the request for a link, I can’t find anything matching your description.
Also, I thought silnylon can’t be taped?
I’m guessing it is the one advertised as :
Multi-function Unisex Raincoat Backpack Raincover Poncho Picnic Ground Mat G1
I think Mik is in Australia. Google is showing this on ebay.au
It looks pretty similar to this cheap 15D poncho tarp available on Amazon.

I understood if the silnylon has a shiny PU-coated side, it can be seam taped.
Sorry guys I did copy and paste before but I didn’t notice that it didn’t post with the thread. Here it is…for real this time lol
I think those folded 1inch nylon webbing parts which have the guy-rope eyelets in them weigh ‘about’ 6 or 7g each (.24ounce) and there is 6 of them. I ‘could’ alter these and make them just as strong but with less weight I reckon. Could drop an other ounce I bet.
