I am with you….my thoughts are that the gravity system exist because of the slow rate of filtering and letting gravity slowly do the work while you run off and do something else (camp chores, setting up your shelter, etc).
However, with a fast rate of filtering, why even have a gravity filter???
Now, if you want to have a gravity filter setup, you want the Seeker Bags because they have tie points on one side of the bag that would allow you to use cordage to create a loop or two that would allow you to hang the Seeker upside down and then allow you the gravity filter setup that you are used to……using the Sawyer In Line filter adapter on the output end of the BeFree, you should have the nipple output you want for the gravity system.
