Articles “…accessible to those with a Basic Membership” …. but not?

This is that page that, if I understand the welcome message correctly, should have viewable articles for basic members:

Same for me. Interesting that nobody ever noticed this before.  :-)

Seems like all the time running into that dead end. I just kind of gave up but glad someone is looking into it!!

I was trying to look at some very old articles in the “archives” section today but I can only view the “preview” and not the full article.  Not sure if this is the same issue that DriCamp was having a few years ago but I a resolution wasn’t shared here so thought I’d add my current issue.
