<div>For years we been posting our trip reports here on BPL forums, but we recently took the plunge and have built our own website: <b>DoingMiles.com</b>. It has been a time-consuming labor of love, and we are excited about our ability to control the format in a way that is not possible using BPL forums.</div>
<div>
<div></div>
<div>DoingMiles is now live, but we only have a handful of reports ready; one of them is our new trip report of our 2016 thru-hike of the Arizona Trail.</div>
<div></div>
<div>We will eventually rewrite and republish all of the reports that were originally posted at BPL, and add brand new reports too. From the home page you can sign up to receive notification of new reports when they are published.</div>
<div><b>Â </b></div>
<div>This is our first public announcement of DoingMiles and we would appreciate feedback and suggestions that might help us improve the website.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Cheers, Amy and James</div>

Alrighty – the screwed up formatting characters in the original post is a great example of why we built our own website. Â Sorry about that. Too bad we can’t edit it :( Â — A&J
faaaantastic
looking forward to reading it all :)
LOVE !! Your new website. your trip reports are always fantastic, it’s great to have all your trip reports in one spot thanks so much !!
Great! Subscribed.
p.s. Did you post a report either there, or here when you two made the Sawmill – Baxter connection on the SOSHR? I’m curious to read how that went. I only know/heard that you did it via Leor. Cheers! Jacob.
Jacob – the 2016 Baxter Pass trip report is in draft form. It takes a while to get all the info into the right format. We’re hoping to go live with one or two per week. Stay tuned.
I really enjoy the layout and the format of how you breakdown each trip. I visited because of my intent to hike the CT this summer. I enjoyed your feedback of the trail. I think the CT will be a good introduction to western US style backpacking as I am primarily a northeast backpacker.
