The Stratospire Ultra looks like it might be just the tent for me to use for 2-person backpacking/kayaking trips where stormworthiness, lots of space and fewer condensation headaches trump shaving every ounce.
I’ve read reviews of the other Stratospire models and checked out a friend’s Stratospire Li (too tight for two wide pads). But I can’t find any firsthand accounts of how the Ultra version performs.
I know it’s brand new on the market. But if anyone has taken one into the mountains, I’d love to hear what you think.
