Anyone up for Upper Dolpo Nepal?

I am planning a ~30-day trip to the Upper Dolpo region of Nepal, perhaps October 2025 (?). There is a two-permit minimum for this section. A known guide will lead us through this rugged and remote region. They guided me through my upper Mustang and the Naar/Phu (and several other) trek, roughly following the Great Himalayan Trail. Now, I am looking west. A tentative itinerary would start in Jomson (fly from Kathmandu), hike to Kagbeni, and then west through the region, possibly ending in Juphal for a flight back to Kathmandu/Pokhara.
