I happened upon more tape than I had originally planned on so I am offering some of it up for the community, here. This tape is expensive and not always easy to get. It took several months for it to arrive after order was placed.
Details:
– 3M 9471LE
– .2mill adhesive vs .5
– 1″ x 60 yds
– TRANSFER TAPE – Adhesive with peel off backing paper on each side 1. use this tape to bond two pieces together 2. Apply tape to fabric to create seam seal tape.
I am not claiming anything about this tape compared to the other 948/946 series used for DCF other than all three are suitable for DCF and like materials.
I typically would post this in FS/trade forums but wanted to help out those who are just starting out with myog and not fully committed to 60 yards or exuberant retail prices. I was once at this point, I’d like to Pay it Forward, if you will.. maybe pay for shipping.
