Anyone have any comments about the Lite Outdoors 8′ x 10′ tarp.

I have used it for 2 years (approx. 4 weeks of actual use) now in great weather (light to medium rain, no snow or winds with speeds greater than 20 MPH) and have no complaints. At 12 oz. and and $110, it does a great job for me. Any caveats discovered by other users? I am in preventative mode at this point.
