Anyone have a line on soft foam for shoulder strap inners?

Not sure how squishy you want it, but what about something like this? Less than $2 for a 6′ tube.

I used this for my shoulder strap padding. It’s lightweight, inexpensive, and and works great through the sewing machine.

Perfect – that sheeting on Ebay is exactly what I’m looking for and should be very easy to work with.
