I’m in the market for a packraft right now, and while browsing the various classifieds sites for a used Yukon Yak, I noticed that Alpacka is making the Caribou, which with a cargo zip is *only* $945 new.
I like the lower weight from the 210D fabric. I would add my own spray deck. My question is, would the change in construction for hauling loads be a detriment? What would I miss by picking the Caribou over the Yak?
