Hey folks,
Was looking at purchasing a Arc'teryx Beta AR or LT for multiple season use, hiking and interior camping. However I happened upon a Marmot alpinist jacket locally at half price (280) but it lacks significant or recent reviews.
Am i comparing apples to apples here….is the marmot a solid jacket?

It's one of the most bomber jackets Marmots has ever made. That shell, while not super lightweight, will last you years
