Looking for a nice short one night backpacking hiking trip anywhere in the northern half of Costa Rica. Flying into San Jose tomorrow, renting a car and staying for a week so any other can't miss suggestions would be nice. Thanks! We brought a tent and backpacking gear, looking for a nice jungle spot.
MONTEVERDE is beautiful and has a lot to see and do , some great hiking even at night, thats when you can see the glow in the dark mushrooms
