Looking for cold weather alternatives to the Mountainsmith Portino pant.

Criteria are:
* Adjustable waistband / elastic waistband / integral belt
* 100% synthetic
* <$100

I'm debating shelling out for Rail Riders at this point but maybe you all have some advice that might save me some cash – those are like $100 a pair which seems crazy!

Need alternatives because they are out of 34/34 which I would need because they don't cut their inseams properly – normally I'm 34/32 which is easy to find.

I'm a big fan of Kuhl Renegades and Raptrs

Pretty much the only pants I wear.

I'll second the Kuhl Renegade pants. They are excellent as they stretch and do not bind my knees whatsoever when ascending a mountain.

I also have Rail Riders X-Treme Adventure pants. They are indestructible and very comfortable. If I bushwhack, I wear the RR, otherwise its the Kuhls.

For me, the perfect pant would be the RR with spandex. Until that comes along, I alternate between the two.

Patagonia's Simple Guide pants- 4-way stretch (if they aren't a Schoeller material, they are a direct copy of them), very (very) durable and effective DWR-have been completely dry rolling around constructing snow caves and trenches w/ them

all pockets are zippered, including two handy side pockets

nice weight for winter- not too heavy, not too light

very tough and well constructed

I've seen them recently on sale for $70-ish (normally $100)
