I've done some day hiking in the Nike Hyperfeels, they were just not nearly substantial enough for me over rocky terrain, I moved too slowly.
I'd absolutely love a hiking shoe with a similar sock-fit upper and a more rugged sole, though.

I don't have a pair of either, but the flyknits seem well thought out for their respective sporting fields.
They just introduced an ankle version with a (seemingly) more rugged sole.
