Vapor Trail Weights?

I've had a vapor medium that had alot of straps cut and remelted and it was still 34 oz, so maybe no more than 37 for your large I would reckon

I have a large (long) VT I bought a couple of years ago that is 41.16 oz (2 lbs 9 oz). The spec weight at the time was 2 lbs. I would agree that it was a little off.

I don't know what the weight is sans belt.

9 oz? That's more than half a pound off — for something that supposedly weighs just 2 lbs?

If folks have to post here to ask for actual weight because they know the specs are off — that speaks volumes about the integrity — or lack thereof — of Granite Gear!

Folks should complain and help straighten them out! Jeff and Dan — are you guys reading this? :(

I purchased this pack, VT/long, because of all the good reviews. While I agree they should be more accurate with the weights specs this pack save me a lot from my previous one.

Here is the info you asked for, base on my kitchen scale

Pack lees belt 30.875 oz
Belt (medium sized) 8 oz
