anyone have experience using the Golite Jam or Pinnacle for backcountry skiing? the only real issue is how well skis strap onto the pack. I have a Gust and love it, so I know the Jam or Pinnacle would be good as a general pack, and carry fine while on the skis.

Oct 15, 2007 at 5:05 am #1405485thats an interesting way to get people into your thread. I have a Jam2 and it seems as though ski's would fit easily into the side compression strapes but you would def need some kind of Foam pad on the inside or something to help support the load…
