Thanks for the link, but the shipping costs are too extreme …
if you get 2 pairs shipping comes to ~10$ per pair for fedex home delivery
which makes the inovs around 40$+
whether that price is worth it, who knows …

It looks like they are offering free shipping on all orders over $75 dollars.
But I'd still give them a call and see if they have what you are looking for in stock.
I can't speak to this situation but something seems too good to be true here. Those cheap five fingers were a red flag too me. For a while counterfeit five fingers were a major problem. Never seen them that cheap.
I don't want to smear a legit business I'm just saying be a bit careful.
I've shopped with Extreme Outfitters and there was nothing fishy about them at all, I'd happily buy from them again.
