Quick Ray way question

Has anyone gotten just the instructions from Ray Way on how to make a 1 person quilt, I'm interested in trying but I would like climashield and maybe a tiny layer of Primaloft 1 to make it 35 degrees instead of 40.

OR

is anyone willing to part with their manual or photocopy it, I hope no one classifies this as thrifting it off of Ray, I may never use the quilt but rather if i do only generally base my MYOG project off of it.
