my google search isn't getting me to the answer.
I have a simple project in mind, but it might not be worth it if the weight is too much.

Hi Kat
Obviously, it weighs 100. I just don't know the units … :-)
More seriously, my memory is that there were various fabrics with the '100 weight' description, at varying gsm. 100-wt, 200-wt, 300-wt – they were broad bands rather than fixed points. Doesn't help much, I know.
Cheers
Ballpark for classic is ~ 6oz/sqyd.

Katherine,You are getting called Kat a lot :0
Thanks Roger D., John
Much as I like the Super Pink fleece, my idea for a fleece overquilt would weigh as much as my quilt itself.
I was thinking: if winter hikers layer a synthetic quilt over fleece to manage moisture, maybe a fleece quilt-topper would work even better (at more mild temperatures).
But it would weigh way too much. which is probably why I've never heard of anyone doing that.
