I just got a #3 from e-omc.com. It was 20% off, but the best part is I got the long for the price of a regular.
They are out of the #3 longs, but they still have #1 longs, and they go into the shopping cart at 20% off the REGULAR price.
So this is a way to not get dinged an extra $20 or $30 for a long bag.
