bruce peninsula trip with my daughter

This fall I took my daughter, 5 years old on her first real backpacking trip. We have been out for a couple short overnight trips, although this was the most challenging and rewarding for her. We parked at halfway log dump and hiked north to Stormhaven for the night. About 4 km hike on very difficult terrian, she did very well. She carried her own foam pad, ee quilt, pillow, bowl, spoon and her stuffed animal.
