Grand Canyon Access for All

It's just sad, really, but it seems somewhat unavoidable.

If the other tribe has a successful skywalk, it's understandable the eastern tribe would want one (though it needs to be remembered the western one is accessible from Las Vegas – makes a difference unless Arizona wants to greatly expand bus service or rail). The tram would be unacceptable as well as any structure grossly impact the view from the South Rim from any angle IMHO.
