Looking for some pre- or post- 2015 Tenkara Summit (held in Estes Park) loop recommendations. I will be in the park for an additional week and would like to do 1 long loop or 2 smaller loops with great fishing and above treeline photography opportunities each day and ~10 miles/day. I also hope to summit Long's Peak. Hiking ont he CDT would be great as well.
I've seen this "Grand" loop via Backpacker:
It looks like it would be a good fit but not sure how the fishing is along this route? Any Colorado RMNP Tenkara (or other) fly fisherman can comment on the fishing along this route.
Any additional route suggestions would be welcomed and appreciated.
