I own an older Quest brand tent. I am trying to determine the model name and find specs. I have had no luck online. It is a 1-2 person tent with a black net inner tent, 2 hoop poles, and a separate blue and yellow fly. The fly can be set up with the poles and 2 straps without the inner tent. Photos to come later.
Any help would be appreciated.
The tent is the Quest Seescape if it is a two pole tunnel tent with mesh.
I've got an old Quest catalog. Post a photo, and I'll look it up.
I looked it up in my Quest catalog and it is the Seescape it sounds like. Quest originally had the tents in the loud yellow and blue colors, but then changed to the purple and gray which was more appealing.
Yes, I still have one of the old yellow and blue ones (not sure why I've hung on to it, since when my bf used it several years back he said it leaked on them…I'll have to set it up sometime and test it).
Sorry for the late reply – as soon as I saw the word "Seescape", it all came back to me.
That is indeed the tent. It was my first "lightweight" backpacking tent as you could erect the fly and poles using two provided straps and omit the inner tent. I still have it and its in excellent shape.
